Refund & Cancellation Policy – Masawda Service

At Masawda Service, we strive to deliver high-quality products and services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, returns, and cancellations are accepted.


1. Returns & Refunds – Physical Goods

  • Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3days have passed since your order Delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer; returns must be made directly to us.

Non-returnable items (Physical):

  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate/sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

Refunds (if applicable):

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund, please check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges (if applicable):

Shipping:

  • To return your product, please mail it to the address provided in your invoice.
  • You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

2. Digital Products, Courses & Professional Services

  • No refunds or returns are applicable for digital products, online courses, consultations, or professional services once the purchase is completed.
  • Digital products are deemed “delivered and consumed” once access is granted or files are sent.
  • For consultations and services, once the work has been initiated or delivered, no cancellations or refunds will be processed.


3. Cancellation Policy

  • Once a transaction is completed, you are entering into a legally binding agreement to purchase the product/service.
  • Cancellation requests for physical goods may be accepted if initiated before the product is shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
  • Cancellation is not applicable to digital products, online courses, or professional services.
